Budgeting/Estimating
We offer Budgeting and Estimating as a service. For a fee we can provide the budget that you can run with on your own, or you can use it to help plan future work on your house with CWC! This is necessary most of the time someone is getting a bank loan for a remodel or upgrade to there home.

Project Management and Field Supervision
Save money by having an experienced Project Manager insuring that all your work is being done quickly and efficiently while still retaining the highest quality possible! Included in this is Quality and Cost control on jobs performed by other builders. We can manage projects of all sizes from bathroom remodels, large scale full remodels, to ground up new construction.

CWC will also take your headaches away by acting as your liaison for all City and County Inspections and make sure the officials do not add any un-necessary costs to your project.

This is probably the most difficult thing for General Contractors to manage and take care of for you. There are many liability issues and problems that can only be foreseen with experience and a deep knowledge and understanding of construction and the trades of construction that you get with CWC.
